Very happy with the service, they were excellent and on time.

Ninja Auto was clearly able to identify the problem with my Airconditioning problem so I could make an informed decision whether it was beneficial to get the job done.  Assessment took no time at all - No belt attached to the compressor - Compressor had ceased up - The current condition of the unit was aged (probably original unit 2006). Ninja Auto expressed immediately that the job was costly, $1100.00. Due to my own research I had already costed a new compressor which varied between $300 - $600. I also knew to inquire about the condition of the hoses that could be a problem depending on how long the unit was not working and could also lead to gas leak. I had 2 other quotes from other sources, one similar price and the other $400 to $500 more and also both these quotes required 1 to 1 &1/2 hours to diagnose and both couldn't give me a time frame for completion. Ninja Auto told me it would be 2-3 hours and called me within that time frame. I am a 72 year old pensioner and I have finally found someone who I would trust to service my car on going.

The gentleman was extremely polite, patient and had my windscreen replaced very quickly. Highly recommend.

Auto Plus Preston were very quick to advise of what the actual issue was regarding repairs (Water Pump Belt  - not Thermostat as first thought). Advised of updated price and the car was ready within 3 hours. No problems since. Will be using them again.
