The experience was super easy and smooth from start to finish! The staff at the shop were incredibly lovely, and communicative.

The whole deal with the roadworthy guy working at a different location was annoying and caused it to take a while b4 I could get any definitive answer on when I could get the car back, an each te I called an asked it was pushed back longer an longer, other than that I've been fairly happy with the work done to my car an for a reasonable price.

The invoice wasn't sent by email promptly. The service sticker wasn't placed on the Window. Brake fluid change wasn't ticked in the logbook.

The car was dropped off at 9 am and was told would be ready by 4, then 5.30 and got a call to collect at 6 and went and waited at workshop and car was bought back at 7 pm. When said was paying with Afterpay was told it was not working and when said that was the only way to pay it suddenly was working, when checking the RWC report the next day and found at least eight items that did not need to be fixed, not happy at all with the service.

Great, Honest, and affordable. Alex and his team are great to deal with and keep you updated on how the work is going. Highly recommend.
