I had originally been told my AC required new parts to run cold. Upon inspection, the team at insane informed me it only needed a re-gas and new seals. Additionally, great service with pick ups and step by step calls. Would recommend.

I like there services and the way the treat us.

I was under informed of the services that were needed on my vehicle. Every week they would call me and tell me something else needed fixing my bill got up to $2400 and then they told me the motor needed overhauling and wanted another $2500 at this stage I could not afford any more repairs so I settled my bill. The car was undrivable so I asked them if they could recommend a tow truck service they gave me a number so I went ahead and organize my car to be dropped off in my driveway. This did not happen my car was left on the road 50m up from my house. I went to try to move it and could not unlock the car. I called them and told them what was going on they came around a few times to try to access the car but could not, they gave up and told me to ring RACQ, I said fine as long as they pay for it, they refused and said the only other way they would do it was to break a window or cut a hole in it, this sounded absurd and disrespectful. they may have a woman manning the front desk but they treated me like an idiot, they are not to be trusted.

The cause of a fault that nobody else could find was determined in double quick time and rectified with a replacement part. Time spent and hourly rate charges very acceptable.

I always take my car to these guys as they always fair and very pleasant to chat with, plus they have always given me the rundown on what needs doing on my car. So I will always take my car there nowhere else.
