Decided to try a new service centre (usually go for Kmart or Midas), dropped car off at 830am ish, they text messaged me at 1030am with the notification about the other things that needed doing (battery which I knew about, and air filters - standard, etc).  This was succinct and well explained.  Then the service was completed by 11.30am and ready for collection.  I had a puncture they repaired.  Service with the puncture and air filters was $221 total.  Really happy with the service.

Couldn’t fault, they text me a list of what needed to be fixed and the cost. It wasn’t outrageous and the owner was transparent and provided further details when asked. Highly reccomdned.

Please ignore my previous rating (computer glitch) as I am over the moon with the great service. They picked up faults in my Car that the manufacture were ignoring because of warranty and communicated extremely well with what they were doing and why.

They were extremely thorough and professional in giving my vehicle a 100,000km service,with attention to detail such as "seat belt" wear,faulty side mirror,the need for a timing belt replacement in the near future.
I will recommend Riverside Automotive and will be telling my staff to get their cars serviced/repaired there.

Staff are super friendly, well informed and thorough. 

When booking a couple of items were included in my service that don't apply to my car. I never would have picked up on this and I'm very happy to say that where they could have kept the bonus $100 I'd already prepaid they didn't. Riverside very quickly contacted Autoguru and arranged a refund for me. Which is very reassuring.
