I was expecting a free wheel alignment as I bought a full tyre set from them a few months ago. I don’t have any record of the promise though. Another thing, I noticed a fair bit of scratch on the windshield that wasn’t there until I picked my car from them.

I am very first time doing the RWC certificate in this workshop; followed up by previous customer reviews online. Very very happy with the service and speed with professional quality. Service was great, it was on time and reliable. Customer service was good, and quotes were good.

Avoid at all costs! Whilst they did work hard to fix an issue, they did so with such a terrible experience. The car was held hostage for nearly 4 weeks because they demanded I pay twice to fit a part (that turned out not to fix the issue). I begged to have the car returned so I could take it to Ford and they REFUSED because they made a guarantee on the second cost to fix it with no further costs. Finally, they fixed the issue and then charged an additional $600 including the cost of petrol to move it to a second repair place (because their team could not fix it). $4800 later for a simple fix and they flat out refused to accept they had made a guarantee. Dodgy! There are many better mechanics out there!

Was quoted $3000 to fix some things so I took my vehicle to another supplier and half the things they quoted me for dont need doing so ill never return to NQ Diesel Pty Ltd. I think they are very shifty and will not be returning to them anytime soon.

They did a great job, the only thing that could have been improved is they could have offered a loan car, because came from out of town and had to walk all over town.

Customer service needs work. Was the first customer in line at 8 in the morning. Bridgestone couldn't find my booking so served about 5 other customers before me, told me to take a seat. Car service itself was great no complaints there. When I went to pickup my car waited in reception for about 10minutes before anyone came into the office to sort out my bill. I had to call the workshop to tell them I was waiting inside.

These guys were great, efficient, timely, and honest in their communication. I had my timing belt and water pump changed, and a few other things that had to be fixed in the process. It was a very expensive ordeal as they charged 110 per hour for 'labour work' which I thought was unfair, although they have a pretty large garage and a lot of seemingly expensive equipment, so probably some big overheads, great service, would recommend.

Was originally booked for Saturday as this was most convenient but then Bridgestone Select Bethania changed the booking to Friday at 2 pm they then changed the booking the night before to 10 am. When we arrived for the 10 am appointment we then had to wait 2 hours. Would not recommend.

My only complaint would be that the service took 1.5 hours longer than I was told. Which normally wouldn't be such a bad thing, except for that I was car-less and waiting around during the servicing. Excellent service however - they even vacuumed and washed the car!

I booked for a mobile mechanic to come to my house and do log book service, a young guy came at 12pm to say he is picking car up to take to workshop, cause I had day off I wanted it done on the day, so I let him take car, I rang to mentioned that they took car, not what I booked for, then wasn’t happy to get told that car will be back 4:30/5, 5:15pm I rang to see where car is, and was told it’s on the way, 5:40pm car was returned 5hrs and 40mins later, just to do service!, so disappointed.

Hi Scott, we're sorry to hear but confused with this response. An unusual amount of human errors seem to have contributed to miscommunication on your vehicle booking with us. 1. You gave and we received an incorrect number for contact to be made so no body could contact you until 12pm when you called and updated your correct number with AutoGuru. Our mechanic was already at your house as per your allocated start time. Unfortunately your correct number was not passed on to us, the number we had was left with several voice messages and texts. When our mechanic arrived he in fact gave you the vehicle pickup/ drop off service option or your place of residency option. This is an option, one we always offer and stand by as we believe we can offer an even better service on the hoist and was accepted by you, Please note we're more than happy and equipped to do either option that will suit your needs best in the future at no extra cost to you! We do believe the vehicle pickup/ drop off service contributes to a more thorough completion of any mechanical job having access to a hoist though. You agreed and gave your permission for our mechanic to bring your car back to shop for the service to be carried out.
Timing of your vehicle was noted with AutoGuru by you as being completed within the hours of 12pm-7pm, As you aware of the travelling time from you residence to our workshop was approx 1 hour of travelling time each trip. We had your vehicle for total of 3 hours, this was a full logbook service and 200 point inspection with a multitude of checks and services to be carried out thoroughly. Your vehicle was returned to you 2 hours earlier than your time stated for return. I will apologise for the miscommunication between involved parties, but I will maintain everything else was carried out to high standard and well within your terms stated on your booking with AutoGuru.

Arrived on time. Got on with the job, no fuss. Very polite.

Although significantly more expensive, I selected this automotive business expecting a superior service and was very disappointed. There were no detailed records or feedback provided on the work that was performed (as per the customer information service booklet/logbook). For example, I inquired about my remaining brakes life and was advised - they should be okay, this car generally last for 60,000 km. When challenged further for my vehicle specifics the manager spoke to the mechanic and came back with comments supporting his findings - this is not what I was wanting. The manager failed to understand I wanted something recorded as a percentage as many other businesses freely provide. The mechanic also failed to reset my service display inside the car and sign my logbook. The business has a lot to learn about providing adequate records and documentation as part of the service cost. Finally, my included vacuum could only be summarised as a token clean job.
