The window technician was nice, however, he accidentally broke the door handle while trying to repair the window. He said that glass from the broken window had fallen down inside the door and might have jammed the door handle, which is why it broke when he tried to open the door. I understand that this can happen, however, surely this is a very common issue when windows break and should have been foreseen and taken into consideration by the technician. Surely the technician should have removed all the glass from the broken window before installing a new window. The car door no longer opens from the outside, however this was not an issue prior to the technician working on the car. This is a huge inconvenience, and we are now required to spend more money to make the door functional again. We have not been happy with this service.
