They found some mechanical problems with my car and suggested at a reasonable price what work was required to get it fixed. The mechanic rang me and explained what needed to be done. I have no problem in recommending this company.

Firstly I am pleased to be a client of City Discount Tyres Osborne Park. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always looking forward to dropping my car off for wheel alignment and tyre repair or change in the future.

I had made an appointment to have one of the lower control arms replaced on my car and was told they both needed to be replaced to avoid shuddering while breaking. When calling to confirm the appointment, I was told it would take 2-3 hours and to drop off at 8:30. My repairs were completed and I picked my car up at 2pm, I really wished that I had been called ahead and been told it would take longer. I also still experience the shuddering when breaking even though I had both lower control arms replaced.

Always listens to what is going on with your car and always do a great job in fixing it.

OK, I have total trust in City Discount Tyres Osborne Park! Was quoted $550 for a job, but the issue was fixed for just $340. It would have been easy for them to charge me the price they initially quoted, but they obviously have great integrity! I highly recommend these blokes. The end!

Fantastic. They cover all Euro cars, even new ones and provide in warranty servicing. My car came back with full safety report, RAA towing voucher for $100, clean, and also smelling nice. All software and service updates done on the computer too for my Audi A5. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend coming here to service your car!

Extremely incompetent, and will never return.

I was told my air filter needed replacement; not much else. Requested to see the used air filter but was told that it had been thrown into the Trash. I was not particularly pleased with this answer, especially since the car has only been driven 18000 km and mostly in dust-free surroundings.

They had excellent service, let me know of any extras that were required before doing it, gave my car a good little rating and I agreed, very happy with my service and my car.

Love Ultra Tune Rockingham. 1st time used the Rockingham store and I was impressed. The staff was super friendly, a quote was given before work started on my car and that was "the price I paid". Needed my car back by a certain time because of work and it was completed in plenty of time. They left black marks on my upholstery and leather console and on the inside roof of my car, which I had to spend time cleaning. I told the manager about it and he apologised. I hope the poor mechanic who did a good job isn’t being overworked and has to smash out too many cars to not give any extra time to clean the vehicles.

Ninja Auto was clearly able to identify the problem with my Airconditioning problem so I could make an informed decision whether it was beneficial to get the job done.  Assessment took no time at all - No belt attached to the compressor - Compressor had ceased up - The current condition of the unit was aged (probably original unit 2006). Ninja Auto expressed immediately that the job was costly, $1100.00. Due to my own research I had already costed a new compressor which varied between $300 - $600. I also knew to inquire about the condition of the hoses that could be a problem depending on how long the unit was not working and could also lead to gas leak. I had 2 other quotes from other sources, one similar price and the other $400 to $500 more and also both these quotes required 1 to 1 &1/2 hours to diagnose and both couldn't give me a time frame for completion. Ninja Auto told me it would be 2-3 hours and called me within that time frame. I am a 72 year old pensioner and I have finally found someone who I would trust to service my car on going.

Was very happy with the overall service at Ultra Tune Rockingham. Especially happy with the video they sent me before doing repairs. Will definitely be going back.

They did a great job at a reasonable price

The salesman was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble! He got me kitted up with full safety riding gear including boots and gloves. He explained a lot about the different pants and all the armor plates on everything. It wasn’t a hard sell at all, and he didn’t try to steer me towards more expensive gear, he was just plain helpful! They had a huge variety of gear too. I would definitely recommend this shop!
