Had a great experience dealing with mycar Tyre & Auto Garden City for my BYD Atto 3 20000 km service. I work nearby and had to drop the car off before they opened. I was glad to see they had someone in reception to drop off the key. I was looked after by Jack who had the car ready earlier than expected with all my queries answered and 1 year of complimentary roadside assistance added on top. Really happy with everything with them so far.

It was a little tricky to find. Yes there's signage, but as someone not from the area and going off of google maps I had no idea which carpark I was supposed to enter. At one point I could see the workshop, but I couldn't get to it as it was fenced off. I had to exit the carpark and re-enter it elsewhere. It was stressful. Then, the only issue I had with the car was not resolved. The Text To Speech in my navigation app doesn't work. It comes up with an error screen when I open the app and tells me to speak to a BYD service centre - I felt like that's exactly what I did. I added this problem to my appointment booking and saw it written there on the form booking sheet when I dropped the car off. But when I picked it up the man behind the desk told me to "do the updates" - which I already have. He added that if there are any issues then to call them, which I definitely will when I have time. Other than that everything was fine. I will probably return in the future, should be easier now that I know where to go.
