The team checked it over, but at 10 am they had a really low quote to fix my issues. They explained to me over the phone my options. They never rushed me or pressured me to make a decision on the spot. However, they understood I really needed my car fixed asap they help me out fast. We ordered the part that day, and boom my car was fully fixed up and running by 12:30 the same day. Super good mechanical job. Super quick turnaround. Super friendly staff. Well, Done Team. While I was travelling from Newcastle to Hervey Bay for my mother's funeral the next day I required a new alternator for my vehicle. Murphy's sourced one for me and I was back on the road again in 3hrs. I continued on my way only to once again have a problem with my vehicle's fan belt a further 60km along the Bruce Hwy. Knowing that I had to make it to Hervey Bay, Murphy's once again came to my rescue. I can not say enough about Reece and his team as they went above and beyond the norm to ensure that I completed my trip in time. Excellent, professional, courteous service that I would recommend to anyone.
