Steve is good to deal with and gets the job done. I had a full log book service, back brake pads changed and also a clock spring repair done due to an illuminated airbag light on the dash. It was my first time using his service and I was hesitant going to a mechanic outside of the Hyundai dealer I usually attend for services. Had a few small issues after the clock spring was repaired but Steve got it fixed immediately. My car is driving smoother than before it was serviced by NU-MECH Automotive Services so thanks to Steve and his team for their help.

I would have rated your service as excellent, but I had to bring my wife's car in for repairs and maintenance. My disappointment stems from the fact that I had to spend a considerable amount on brake disc replacements. This could have been avoided if the initial service had thoroughly checked the brakes, preventing the damage that I had previously pointed out and complained about. During that initial service, the person who returned the keys assured me that the issue would be resolved during the next service. However, on my most recent visit, the situation had worsened, resulting in damage to the brake drum and additional expenses for me. My concern is what would have happened if I didn't have the financial means to cover these unexpected costs and if I hadn't voiced my concerns earlier. Despite these issues, I still love your work.

It is a busy place but they cover all types of work on vehicles. They work six days a week and are open on sunday for a few hours so customers can drop off their vehicles to be worked on, on Monday. My job was completed successfully for a price that was cheaper than other quotes from other suppliers. Would go back to these guys for any future repairs if needed.

Great experience. Friendly and communicative, told me what the issues were but didn’t do the high pressure must fix now routine. We have worked out a plan to manage the repairs in an affordable way. Highly recommend and will be going back myself.

Brakes replaced quickly. Why I won’t be back to the service centre is when picking up my car I saw everything in my centre console had been gone through, I had letters and all sorts of personal things in there, no reason why they should have been out. Also a radio station was tuned in which I didn’t have, when I turned my car on and volume was left pretty loud. I understand that the car will be driven to check the brakes, I don’t understand how any noise etc could be heard if the person checking had music up loudly. Also more fuel was used than just going around the block to check the work (I noted the range when I dropped off vs picking up).
