Took my car into RR Automotive to get serviced and it was done within an hour. They also found out why my radiator was leaking water. Will be going back there to get it fixed. They don't muck around. Great service.

I was very pleased with my experience with RR Automotive. I found their customer service was very good and I needed some part that wasn’t in the quote, but they showed me and I could see that it was needed, and the job took no time at all. I was pleased with the job done.

The turnaround time of our wing mirror replacement was excellent, especially as it was a Saturday.  It would have been nice to have known I was getting a second hard part with a slight colour mismatch to the rest of the car in advance, even given the fact it was a very good price.

Great price and happily showed me the work he'd completed afterward. Friendly and flexible in their service. Provided an Uber voucher for the next destination. One note, was promised to be finished by 5 pm and spent another 90 minutes waiting for the car to be ready. Some better communication throughout would have been appreciated

Happy with the work, but I had it booked in at Campbellfeild as it is close to where I live and I was in a hurry. They proceeded to take my car to Hoppers Crossing, 40 km away. And my car returned to being used to transport spare automotive parts. A roadworthy took 4 hours and cost about 80 ks of extra fuel.

I brought my car here last year also, and I found them easy to talk to and they did an honest job, efficient job with advice on items that would need looking at next time. There were others offering cheaper services this time around but I believe that it's worth paying a little more for someone you can trust with a great reputation. I had some very major issues with my car, I was provided with an easy to understand break down of charges which were very reasonable. Sonia on the front desk was just a delight to deal with, even showing me how to use open pay. Very satisfied and I will be going back again for future services.

Service was affordable compared to dealer service. Appeared like all work was done correctly. Had a minor issue with a leaking sump plug but the mechanic was quick to help me out with rectification.
