I think the owner of this business Jason is exceptionally great. I engaged Pearson’s services for an AC regas and thought their price for this was competitive. I expected them to charge me for add-ons that were not necessary which they didn’t and I was pleasantly surprised. That prompted me to engage them again to then do a service and attend to fixing my cruise control. When I raised a concern about how the cruise control matter had been dealt with by a team member, Jason stepped in and kept focussing on getting to a solution until it was fixed. I appreciated this very much which will cause me to use Pearsons again for my next service.  I have no hesitation in recommending Pearsons over and above any of the multinationals as it’s a family business.

Great service, very convenient. The issue that made me contact them was not discovered, I contacted the mechanic the next day to see if he was available to come back and diagnose. Unfortunately, I never heard from him. Other than that professional company, was punctual and was able to come out that day which is very rare.

Great and honest service. I got extras for free as well such as they have vacuumed my car and clean the tires. Reliable and friendly manager and staff as well

very thorough, excellent customer service, fast service. Brilliant experience.

My experience was good , I was well informed throughout the day as I had to have a gearbox oil change, they could not complete this however they have ordered a special tool for my Skoda Yeti. Will be in next week and my service will be completed then. I was kept informed at all times regarding this. The car was ready when I asked for it to be completed. 

They changed one windscreen wiper(the metal part, not the rubber) so now i have 1 new one and 1 old one. Maybe it broke whe they were changing the wipers but i wasnt told. 

Also, a complimentary car clean would have been nice considering they had my car al day.

My new lifelong mechanic. They were honest, helpful and charming, showing me exactly what they did and didn't condescend me.

Car was ready on time, and was given a run down on work that would be needed in the coming months, with no pushiness.

They are the best, Cameron and the boys do a fantastic job. Trustworthy courteous and always helpful. Would not take my car anywhere else.

Called me on the day of pickup saying 2 mechanics were out sick so had to wait till the next day for them to pick up my car. Seems they were very busy so they had to have the car for a few days. Not much more to say as they did the job requested.

Car service went well and was very straight forward. Their communication could improve. I got to the shop and was told my booking was not actually confirmed despite receiving a confirmation email. They did not record my phone number correctly despite my dictating it at the shop, so I did not hear from them throughout the day until I called to check in. And I was asked 'where I was from' because of my last name, which was frankly uncomfortable.

Cheapest price by far to get four new tyres fitted and balanced. I would highly recommend this company. Christian was transparent and went above and beyond, unlike most other mobile services in this field he didn’t charge to come and have a look initially and was accomodating with times. The brake work performed was fantastic. I’m only a little bit puzzled as to why they changed my wiper blades when I did not ask for them. I did realise when I got home that my wheel alignment hadn’t been done (I wasn’t charged for this ). Maybe because of how busy they were they confused wheel alignment with wiper blades. Other than that, very happy with the service

I could drop off the car as early as I wanted with key box. I got a call during the morning advising of extra repairs and the cost of these and the time it would be ready.
The car was ready at 4.30 as advised. Friendly staff.

Mobile tyre workshop came out to my home to replace my flat tyre before I had an appointment to go to, they were a complete lifesaver and the plus side was that they also accept afterpay. The guy that came out was really friendly and also had the patience while afterpay was having a moment I really appreciated it. I would recommend this company to anyone that has last minute car issues. Thanks mobile tyre workshop.

With my last visit, the staff and customer service were exemplary.  With questions concerning my car, answers were answered fully and in detail, and when it was likely to have further work done.  As we all know, one bad PR loses minimum 8 potential customers. Thank you to the front office, the mechanics in maintaining my car and supporting me, as a single woman and listening to me ( I have been well trained by my brothers, and had my own business, so can recognise poor customer service and workmanship.  I am happy to refer Bridgestone Select Plainland.

The appointment was never confirmed in their system. Lady at the desk was rude and condescending towards my wife. Never actually got told what the issue was with my car or whether it was fixed or what still needed to be fixed.

He was super friendly, took his time to make sure the job was done properly, price as very reasonable. Will be my new go to tyre service company.

Great customer service, very happy with everything.

Charge 3k to install lift kit with UCA. Doesn’t offer wheel alignment, told me to go up the road to get one which cost extra. Planning was all over the place. He planned to install the lift on the day UCAs were to arrive. UCAs didn’t arrive so couldn’t do my car, he never apologised for it. When I critiqued his method of planning his work, he got mad. I said he shouldn’t have planned to do my car on the day UCA’s were due to be delivered because many factors can change parcel delivery times. He got mad and mentioned that that's how all mechanics in the industry work. They apparently plan to do the work on the day gear is meant to be delivered. Ask other mechanics and they all disagreed. The final product installed doesn’t offer wheel alignment so driving is off.

Got a lift kit installed.   The mechanics were friendly, helpful and reasonably priced.  Would recommend.

All went well thank you. The only thing was it was difficult to find the location of the business - it could be better sign posted. The team was very helpful and provided directions to the entry, over the phone.

Glad I changed mechanics to Morrison Mechanical. The guys are honest, patient, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. I have been a bit of a handful as a client and they have been very patient with me and my Hilux. I am very appreciative.They also have a cute work doggo who won't let you pass without pats. Highly recommend Morrison Mechanical.

Staff was polite, friendly, and informative. I didn't feel like I had to get a house loan to get my car fixed. They did the job I asked them to do.

We're always satisfied with the work and price. We have our family going there now.

Promptly followed up when I asked what time I can collect my car. Not pushy with part replacements. Car runs much better after servicing. After collecting the car, had to go back on two separate occasions because they forgot to put the engine cover back on and also didn't realise the payment transaction did not go through. However, was happy to do so given the sincere service of the staff.

It was no rush when I dropped my keys off. They called when my car was ready and the staff were very polite.

Bryant was clear, efficient and very helpful. He really helped us understand what our car would need in the future and what we could do to keep it running as long as possible. Highly recommend this guy.

Great service, fast, efficient and a very fair price!

They attached the stone tray under my car with 2 zip ties and a bolt. I dropped in because there was a lot of noise as I was going up the Sunshine Coast. They said everything was ok. Up the coast the tray half fell off. Had to get another mobile mechanic out, stuck on the side of the road in swelter heat. Not only did it break the tray but it damaged other parts under my car. Not ever going back.
