First time visit to Blacksheep Garage and I will be a returning customer. The team were very friendly and communicated with me the whole day. Additional services were recommended however the team educated me on the services they were suggesting, they weren't forceful and there were no hidden charges. Plus there was a very friendly doggo to welcome me :) Will be back.

He changed the arrival time without informing me, so I waited at home and lost a day's pay instead of 1/2 day's pay as it would have cost me. I also could have gotten things done however was just waiting. Then on the first drive, the trim came loose. he agreed to come and fix it 2 days later and then changed the time again without telling me until I rang to see where he was  - after I had changed my plans to meet him. The only worse review would be if the windscreen now falls out.

Good advice, reasonably priced. Good customer service.

Easy drop off and pick up, helpful staff in the office. Air-conditioning now icy cold, easy prepayment at time of booking.

Booked in for 8-12 and came at 1:30. I had to send multiple messages chasing instead of them being the ones to reach out. Had stuff to do that needed to be cancelled because of this. The work done was fine.

My daughter's 10-year-old Triton was serviced yesterday - we were very impressed by the friendly and helpful atmosphere. No hidden surprises or charges (unlike many others) and all in all a great experience. Will be going back in the future and would definitely recommend Pedro and the team.

Excellent service, excellent communication, and a truly outstanding job. I would recommend them for any glass replacement, and will be using them for my tinting in the coming future. 10/10

Completed the job but the windscreen wipers were put back on too high and now hit the side of the car. Asked the repairer to come back and fix them but has not returned to fix them. 
Disappointing and I will not be recommending your service to anyone that asks. 
I will now have to pay someone else to fix them which is a disgrace.
