The ease of booking was great and they were very informative of any other work required, outside of the booking.

Paul's Portable Pitstop is a mobile mechanic who is very good at his job and honest about what needs to be done. His prices are very reasonable too. The best thing is that he comes to you so you don't have to take your car to the workshop and leave it there for however long it may take and then go back to pick it up. You also don't have to pay for overheads like workshop rental, etc. I highly recommend Paul's Portable Pitstop if you need any mechanical repairs.

Asked for verification that anyone who works in the workshop is actually a qualified mechanic. They also take very little care of your motor vehicle. I had a bad feeling from the start when I dropped the car off.

Just go somewhere else. Dishonest. Said they would quote and didn't. Removed a mirror button and didn't tell me. Hung up on me when I tried to resolve issue. Very dodgy.

They confirmed my booking for Saturday 30th of December but when I went there they said they are not open till January 2nd, 2024. So I need to drive home again they didn't even give me a call for notice.

They charged me $220 and didn’t fix the issue.

Job done, saved a bit as they had used parts for my car.

It was horrible I took it in for him to look at it for free, and he did the inspection, told me what was wrong, and gave the quote, at the time I couldn’t afford it as it was almost $1000 to fix he said ok and that I can come back to pick up my car. When I got there my dashboard was all cracked and broken, when asked what happened he told me to leave and get out of my shop, I was not happy at all as he literally broke and smashed my entire dashboard, my stereo, and AC panel. Do not recommend this place at all.

Very nice down-to-earth repair shop. Did the work that was planned and even more. Told me about 2 other parts that were broken and changed them for a little money so I could enjoy my car. Top job.

Jeremy serviced our vehicle and was so knowledgeable, efficient and had assisted in providing a few solutions (and resolved them) for small issues we've 'lived with' for a while. We had asked him to have a look at issues with our car boot which we thought was out of scope for what they do but he was able to provide a quote, order the part and repaired our boot.
