My vehicle was taken in without delay and the service was completed in extra quick time, albeit even though it was a basic service. I was glad that I could service my vehicle on a Saturday because not many mechanics are now open on a weekend which seems to be a post-Covid phenomenon. Good personalized service.

I paid extra for tyre rotation and balance only to find out they didn't even inflate the tyres. Additionally they stamped the logbook for a service despite not doing the required interval service even though they only did a basic service.
Hello Ryan sorry to hear this. I just had a word with my worker he said he didn’t rotate the tyre because the rear tyre thread was not good. Sorry mate if you paid extra for the rotation, we would be happy to pay you back for this. Please contact us.
