A video recording was taken as part of the job. I didn't expect that the store would have such a service for customer satisfaction. This was a good point. Unfortunately, it was just a quick overview video showing only the front wheel passenger side and the rest is the overall image of the car. Technicians may take photos of (1) before and after parts replacement and (2) before and after front wheel alignment. By doing so, the video would reflect the job he had carried out. Anyway, I knew the technician did his job indeed. It is just my constructive feedback.
