Was advised I would have a loan car. Found out on arrival that this was not available. On the upside, the guy said he could do the job within half an hour if I could wait. I was happy to do this and it took closer to 40 minutes which was fine. Was also advised before drop off I would get a car vacuum. This was not done. Felt a bit let down after the loan car incident. However, the air conditioning is working well again. Good but could have been better. Basically paid for two things I didn’t get.

We just moved in around the area and I was looking for a place to get my car serviced. Carco Service and Tyre Centre has the highest review based on Google so I decided to get them to service my car. It was a smooth transaction from dropping the car but my feedback was regarding the pick-up where in they had told me the car was ready for pick up at 1 pm. I had to pick it up though at 3 pm because that's when I finished work. But upon pick-up, they told me to wait around 10 mins to get the car out. Also, they are offering complimentary vacuum and clean but when I checked, my car it was nowhere that clean so I had to go back and told them I wasn't cleaned. They had to apologise for it and had to get it washed and vacuumed, so had to wait another 10-15 mins for it. There was a 2-hour gap from when they say the car was ready for pick-up but at the end, still not ready. Hopefully, they'll address the issue that when they say it's ready for pick-up then it's REALLY ready for pick-up. But the car was running smoothly from service btw. Just not really good experience of picking up the car.

I usually try to get my car serviced every 6 months due to the age and use of my car. The staff at AutoBahn Morley are friendly, supportive and helpful. My car is completed in a timely manner and they clean interior/exterior which is most helpful for me as I can no longer crawl in/out of spaces to clean areas I cannot not reach. Amazing clean. Two of my adult children have had their cars serviced here also. I would recommend AutoBahn Morley to my friends. Sadly, Openpay is no longer accessible as I found this process really good as I had used them since being with AutoBahn Morley it was convenient. Was stressful resigning with another. Overall all was good.

Reasonably priced service, completed in good time on the day and I was grateful they had availability during a busy time of year. I was curious that the back seats and (back) floor mats didn't appear to be vacuumed even though the front were all done (a vacuum was included in the service price). Maybe this was overlooked? Otherwise pleased with the service provided.
