Was advised I would have a loan car. Found out on arrival that this was not available. On the upside, the guy said he could do the job within half an hour if I could wait. I was happy to do this and it took closer to 40 minutes which was fine. Was also advised before drop off I would get a car vacuum. This was not done. Felt a bit let down after the loan car incident. However, the air conditioning is working well again. Good but could have been better. Basically paid for two things I didn’t get.

Reasonably priced service, completed in good time on the day and I was grateful they had availability during a busy time of year. I was curious that the back seats and (back) floor mats didn't appear to be vacuumed even though the front were all done (a vacuum was included in the service price). Maybe this was overlooked? Otherwise pleased with the service provided.

The service was good just the issue that was diagnosed was incorrect which had us panic and stressed until another service provider assessed and fixed the car. In hindsight I feel the $120 consult fee was for someone to take the car for a quick drive and report their best guess as to the issue. I was told it was the bearing in the turbo from Auto Masters Willetton but another provider found out it was a cracked hose and a simple fix.
