  • This promotional offer ("Offer") commences at 12:01am AEST Tuesday 24 November 2015 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 30 November 2016 ("Promotion Period").
  • Using the promo code in accordance with these terms and conditions entitles you to a Supercheap Auto Gift Card when a confirmed car service booking is made via www.fixedpricecarservice.com.au during the Promotion Period.
  • You must apply the promo code during the online booking process through www.fixedpricecarservice.com.au or when booking with one of our customer service agents to receive a Supercheap Gift Card on completion of the booking.

Terms & Conditions for the Roadside Assistance Promotion

  • 24 Hour Towing Benefit
  • As a member of our Roadside Assistance Program, you will not be required to pay any additional fees when your service is for a tow of up to 40 km per occurrence.
  • Your membership continues for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and registration.
  • This is not a vehicle liability insurance contract.
  • This is not a vehicle physical damage insurance contract, we can assist with accident towing but the cost will be at the member’s expense.
  • Service obtained from any other source other than a properly licensed and insured roadside assistance provider is not covered and is not reimbursable. However, we must be given the opportunity to assist first.
  • 24-Hour Roadside Assistance: You will be given a toll free number for your 24-hour emergency roadside benefits. IMPORTANT: Please be with your vehicle when the service provider arrives, as they cannot service an unattended vehicle. Towing- provided for up to 40 km at no charge to member. Additional costs over the 40 km up to a maximum of 40 km per event are the responsibility of the member and will be negotiated prior to sending out service.

  • YES. Provide an over the phone diagnosis (where possible) to get the Vehicle mobilised.
  • General Roadside Assistance/On the Spot Mobilisation YES. Allianz Global Assistance will pay up to $20.00 (incl. GST) for any costs of hose clamps, light bulbs, coolant top-ups, screws, nuts, bolts and the like, to facilitate the immediate mobilisation of the vehicle (in respect of minor breakdown repairs).
  • Flat Tyre YES. (a) change a flat tyre using the Vehicle’s Serviceable Spare; or (b) transport the Vehicle to an approved tyre outlet if necessary. Should additional services be required beyond this due to multiple flat tyres, the spare tyre being unserviceable, replacement wheel studs/nuts not being available or locking wheel nut key not available, towing is provided free of charge up to the towing limits specified.
  • Battery Replacement/Jump Start YES. Allianz Global Assistance will:1) test the battery: 2) jump start a flat battery: 3) coordinate or arrange a battery replacement (for the customer’s account).These batteries allow up to a three year roadside replacement guarantee on the passenger car range, giving the customers total peace of mind in purchasing a quality product - In the event that the battery fails, any time during the 3 year warranty period, the battery will be replaced free of charge by Allianz Global Assistance, which is a feature unrivalled in the replacement battery market.
  • Lockout or lost keys YES. Allianz Global Assistance will provide up to $75, per incident, to open vehicle or deliver spare keys.
  • Out of Fuel YES. Allianz Global Assistance will provide enough “free” fuel for the customer to travel to the nearest available re-fuelling facility.
  • Breakdown Towing

  • Free Regional Towing To closest point of repair (up to a maximum of 40kms) - if over 40kms, any additional costs are for members account.
  • Accident Coordination Yes where possible, Allianz Global Assistance will arrange accident towing to a repairer of the member’s insurers’ preference - i.e. where no Accident Allocation Authority exists Allianz Global Assistance will also advise of the appropriate information to obtain from all other parties involved in the accident and whether ambulance, police or fire brigade need to attend the scene. All costs associated with any services pertaining to an accident are for the members account.

  • Service Area: an area in mainland Australia, Tasmania, Phillip Island and other areas that are trafficable by a two-wheel drive recovery vehicle or islands that are accessible by a two-wheel drive vehicular bridge (excludes ferries).

Bathurst 1000 Experience

  • By entering this competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which exclusively govern this competition. Information on how to enter and Prize form part of these terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY
  • Entry to this competition is open to all qualified mechanical repairs shops Australia-wide who are either active on Fixedpricecarservice.com.au or register as a new Fixed Price Car Service workshop in the entry period. The employees of the Promoter and its related entities, or any agencies associated with this competition, and the immediate family of all such employees are not eligible to enter the competition (Entrant).
  • The competition starts at 12:00am (AEST) Tuesday, 12 April 2016 and ends at 11:59 (AEST) Monday, 15 August 2016 (Entry Period).
  • This Competition will be conducted during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after the Entry Period will not participate in the Competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
ENTRY
  • The Promoter reserves the right to reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that an Entry has been created and/or submitted using automated entry means or a computer entry service or is otherwise not submitted in good faith.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to reject any Entry if it is deemed that the registered workshop does not meet Fixed Price Car Service Pty Ltd’s workshop registration terms and conditions including but not limited to being an ABN registered trading entity and being certified by the appropriate state authority.
  • To be eligible to win a Prize in this Competition, an Entry must not: (a) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party; (b) be incomplete or illegible; or (c) be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, offensive or otherwise contain content which, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, is inappropriate or objectionable.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of a workshop, Prize claims and Entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify an Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, comply with these terms and conditions.
  • Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  • All Entries become the property of the Promoter.
DRAW
  • This Competition is a game of chance.
  • The winners of the Prize will be determined by draw, conducted electronically from all entries received during the Entry Period by Randem Media at 103/56 Bowman St, Pyrmont NSW 2009, on Wednesday, 17 August 2016 at 10:00 (AEST) (Draw).
  • The result of the draw is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
  • Any decision by the Promoter as to a matter under these terms and conditions is final.
WINNER
  • The winner will be notified by telephone and via email within 2 days of the Draw (Notification). The winner’s name will also be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page and Entrants irrevocably consent to such publication.
  • The winners must claim the Prize within 1 month of notification (Claim Period).
  • If a winner is unable to comply with these terms and conditions and/or does not claim the Prize within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed Prize draw at 103/56 Bowman St, Pyrmont NSW 2009, on Monday, 19 September 2016 at 10:00 (AEST) (Unclaimed Prize Draw) to distribute the Prize. The first valid Entry drawn will win the unclaimed Prize.

RISK AND LIABILITY
  • The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and the suppliers, agencies and other companies involved in this competition assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or loss or damage to data.
  • If this competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason (including as a result of technical failures, fraud or causes beyond the Promoter’s control), the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend or change the competition and re-commence it on similar terms, subject to any directions by regulatory authorities.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents exclude liability for all loss (including loss of data, unauthorised access to data and consequential loss), damage, expenses, death or personal injury suffered or incurred arising out of, or in connection with, this competition (including in relation to the winners’ participation in this competition and use of the Prize).
