I was told they would arrive at 4:30pm. And would call me 20mins prior to arrival. I called at 5:10pm asking where they were. They said they were ‘stuck in traffic’ I’ll be there in 30minutes.( if your going to be over an hour late, why would u not call? The owner then calls at 5:48pm to say they had an accident and he’ll be there in 15minutes. Owner arrives 30minutes later. A total of 2 hours after the time specified. Other than that, they were fine.
