The work was very professional. Did not wash and vacuum car as per the booking.

Always get my 4wd serviced here have never had any issues.

Had a service and the back brakes needed doing. When I picked it up Friday 29th December. I noticed how well it was driving and the brakes were so much better than before. They had washed my car also. Very happy with it all. Susan.

Was advertised as including a free wash and vacuum, but neither was completed. They didn’t vacuum because it wasn’t working and didn’t wash because there was intermittent drizzle. Offered for me to return at another date to have tasks completed.

Cannot follow instructions. Was confirmed by phone that it was supposed to be a home pick-up for the car to be serviced the day after it was originally booked and they failed to show up. After making a phone call they blamed me for the stuff up after the phone confirmation. So unprofessional and seriously disappointing.

Overall it went well. The downside was having to take my car back to have work done that should have been done on the day of the service (it was all part of the scheduled service).  Beyond the inconvenience this caused, it was the lack of communication, they didn't tell me about the work that wasn't done until I was there to pick up the car.  Communication needs to be stepped up, as does organisation, that is ensuring they have or can get the parts required before accepting the job.  All that was required here was for them to request for me to change the requested date to allow them time to get the parts, so all work could get done on the same day.

They couldn't even wash a car properly when I paid $25 for the wash, I was thankfully refunded but what hope do they have of knowing mechanics if they can't even wash a car.

Very pleasant guys who are honest and communicate well.

Told I would get call at 2pm, no call, had to go there myself. No vacuum, reasons for defaults, different looking tyre? Dirty headlights, seat base, aircon vents?!

When for a re-gas. After the service, was told that the gas level was low and that the workshop added 50gm of the gas in the aircon unit. It takes some time for the cooling effect to kick in but even then it is not much better than before the service.

Excellent service. Highly knowledgeable. These guys at Ultra Tune Bayswater were reasonably priced and did a great job for my Suzuki Swift.
