My experience was good , I was well informed throughout the day as I had to have a gearbox oil change, they could not complete this however they have ordered a special tool for my Skoda Yeti. Will be in next week and my service will be completed then. I was kept informed at all times regarding this. The car was ready when I asked for it to be completed.

Promptly followed up when I asked what time I can collect my car. Not pushy with part replacements. Car runs much better after servicing. After collecting the car, had to go back on two separate occasions because they forgot to put the engine cover back on and also didn't realise the payment transaction did not go through. However, was happy to do so given the sincere service of the staff.

A bit apprehensive at first, never been there before, and when the guy rang to let me know what else needed to be done I was surprised at how much things cost. $80 to flush the brake fluid I think was expensive but maybe that's what they all charge, I don't know!. I do know, that they rang me to let me know what needed to be done and asked me what I wanted them to do and they did what I asked. They did a good job and they were polite. I will definitely go back. 

Really great service, my car was long overdue for one. They even vacuumed my car for me, it was awesome.
