Didn't complete work, and they ran out of time the excuse, was meant to have a car wash and vacuum. They did not even vacuum my car, I will never use this business again. I will be letting people know also to be careful of Bosch Car Service - Queensland Automotive, pathetic customer service with Bosch Car Service - Queensland Automotive, also goodbye good riddance to bad service, rip off.

Didn’t have a good experience. Had booked for Tuesday, and by late afternoon had not heard anything. I ended up having to call to see if it was ready. The person on the phone told me the person working on it had gone home early. It would have been nice to have that communicated to me. Anyway, come on Wednesday and they told me late in the day it won’t be ready until Friday, no explanation. Poor communication so will not go again. Going elsewhere.

The repair has been completed however there was lack of communication on when my vehicle was available for pick up until I chased it up at 1400 having to get a callback. 0900-1630 they had the car for.
The services I paid for included a car wash and vacuum, this was not done nor did they let me know beforehand or even when I collected the keys. I returned to request a receipt for the work completed and asked about the cleaning.
Still, no receipt received.
