I came here to get my car serviced simply due to the relatively good review rating. This is the second time I have had my car serviced here. After the previous service, I checked the engine oil level and found it was below minimum so I had to purchase oil to top it up. I thought it was a careless error by the person who serviced my car. This time after my service, I checked the engine oil level again, and found it was still below the minimum, so again I had to buy oil to top it up. I thought a basic service would include topping up fluid levels. However, I found the radiator coolant and battery system coolant were not topped up - I only checked these two fluid levels and engine oil levels. Overall, quite disappointed! - I have taken snapshots.
