My experience started off poorly as the mechanic claimed he only quoted on replacing one rear shock absorber and not two. The copy of the quote I received online clearly stated both shock absorbers. Initially, the mechanic was going to charge me quite a bit more but after I showed him my quote he agreed to do the job as quoted but I was to pay for extra parts. I agreed to this and the job was done. All in all, it took a week! I still don't know whether he actually replaced the shocks or just the part that was causing most of the problems. I will update this review when I find out more. I would not hesitate to recommend this mechanic as once the initial confusion was sorted he kept his word.
