I found the crew to be very friendly and accommodating. All work quoted was carried out and completed as required. Regular service, wheel rotation, thrust line wheel alignment, and replacement of light bulbs. The total cost was $255.00, I'm pretty happy with that!

Great experience. Friendly and efficient.

Great price and kind customer service. However, 2 days after my service the engines undercover hadn’t been secured properly and fell down only to drag along the ground. Thinking about it going 110 on the freeway with that dragging isn’t a great thought. A mechanic at work secured this properly for me.

Excellent customer service, definitely worth it.

Everything seems to be running well so far, although I tried to book my car in for a Saturday, which was accepted online, however, I then got a message to say that Saturday wasn't available and had to reschedule for a weekday. This ended up costing me more money as I had to organise a ride to get to and from work. So it cost me much more than just the bill for the repair. It's hard trying to find someone who works on a Saturday, but if it's not available, then don't put it on your site, especially when it is not a huge job to do.

Overall not satisfied. The person who gave the invoice just throw the invoice on their table, felt Awkward. I thought that behavior is because I got a 100 dollar off. And when I went home and checked the brake fluid and coolant it was not topped up. I had to top it up. I also haven't checked the spare tyre pressure. So just wondering what their job was.

I left feeling that i didn't get the same attention as there regular customers ? 
When I asked if there was anything I needed to worry about as my car has done 250km he said that the auto guru service is a “basic service” just a oil and filter change and top up of fluids. Not saying they haven’t done a good job just don’t feel reinsured that they have checked my car for any problems as it’s not covered ?  ������

Great communication, easy to drop off the day before and collect. 
Even replaced one of my wiper blades and didn't even charge. 
Even had time to give my car wash and vac, came back all nice and clean.
