It was expensive. Not an excellent car clean but good. Didnt speak with the mechanic who worked on my car so heard second hand what work was completed.
Hi Rebecca, just received your review and it was a little disappointing from our point of view. You booked it online so all pricing and a list of items included in the services were provided. Why would you complain about that when you knew up front how much it would cost. If you weren’t happy with the budget why did you book it in. You spoke with one of our senior technicians and he ran through what was done. When your partner complained about the central locking not working properly the workshop manager explained that the front doors need to be closed properly for it to function but he knew better and argued about it. Always here to help but I believe in fair assessment.
