Service was completed very quickly. I was kept informed at all times and the video was a bonus.

Great customer service and love how they do a video inspection of the car and send it to you definitely will be going back to them.

Prompt service. Value for money. Provided advice on a faulty part they found during the inspection.

The service seemed good & the staff was very friendly & helpful. However, included in the service was a free wheel rotation. When I got the vehicle home, I found that the wheels had not been rotated as I had put a small different colored dot on each wheel & they were still in the same location. I phoned back & was told the tire tread depth had been checked on all tyres & they were all even at over 6 mm. I then checked the tread depth & found that none were 6 mm or over & that the front tyres were more worn than the rear. It makes me wonder if other items were not attended to.

Very easy to deal with and they did an excellent job.

Did the job (logbook service) ok as far as I can tell, though they had nothing to say about the condition of the vehicle (brake pad or tyre condition for example).
