Everything went smoothly and the afterpay option is amazing to know that you guys have. The staff were friendly and I could not fault them. It would've been a higher rating but after inspecting my car, I was still able to find some parts that I needed to wipe down myself as well as finding places that needed a vacuum. For the amount I paid I feel that I shouldn't have to do that, especially since I do that when I go to a normal car washer hence why I came to a detailer.

Do not recommend. Paid premium for car detail and was very disappointed. Not even a partial refund given. Save your money and go somewhere else. Rushed job, didn't even bother cleaning my back window amongst other things.

Hi Maragret, Instead of leaving this review it would have been amazing if you could have replied back to our message with a couple of photos and availability to send our mobile service out on our next availability as I know the inconvenience it would have caused bringing the vehicle back to the workshop. I replied within 5 minutes of you sending us a Facebook message sincerely apologising as this isn't our normal standards and I as the owner wanted to rectify this as soon as possible. Last week was a very rainy week and it's very difficult to clean window due to the moisture in the air. We try really hard to have them perfect however as the back window doesn't have the air-conditioning directly on the glass, sometimes smudges re appear the following days due to the moisture. I was also made aware your vehicle had pet hair that needed removal, this is normally a $50-70 surcharge that we didn't charge you. We do not rush our work we strive for a high end finish every time, once again I sincerely apologise your vehicle wasn't to our normal high standards. My staff also walked around the vehicle with you and your husband when the vehicle was picked up and you both where happy with the job at the time. I do however know some things aren't noticed until after sitting in the vehicle which is why we say if you need anything touched up please let us know.

I only went to these guys because of the good reviews and I’m glad I did! My car is two years old and was filthy inside and out I was honestly thinking there was no way they could make it look brand new again but they did. I was so happy with the end result I didn’t even want to touch my car after they were done. Amazing job!

I had my car pre scanned(diagnosis) and have my diagnostic report before I went to them. They scanned it again and suggested a gear box changed. I backed off. Thanks anyway.
