I wish the mechanic had my number as the day I was told to bring it in ( at 2.30 ) he didn't need it till 4.30. I canceled a job to get my car there on time when I could have been working. The car was left with a lot of grease marks all over the front end and the seats seem to have dark marks on them after the service. But happy with the price.

Was advised I would have a loan car. Found out on arrival that this was not available. On the upside, the guy said he could do the job within half an hour if I could wait. I was happy to do this and it took closer to 40 minutes which was fine. Was also advised before drop off I would get a car vacuum. This was not done. Felt a bit let down after the loan car incident. However, the air conditioning is working well again. Good but could have been better. Basically paid for two things I didn’t get.

Have been taking my Hyundai Tucson Highlander to Total Nissan for 2 years. Haven't had any complaints about their service. However recently they said my front breaks need to be replaced and have the discs resurfaced and were going to charge $380 additional for the extra work.  Upon taking off the front break pads, I found that they still had over half its wear and the discs required no resurfacing. As I already had new pads at $78 and already taken everything off, I decided to just change them anyway myself. Quote from Total Nissan a bit excessive and even perhaps unwarranted considering the lack of wear found. Glad I checked. Everything else they did was great and the car had a great clean.

I was quoted $2349 to replace the following parts to my Ford territory TX 2010. * 3 diff mount bushes * left-hand lower ball joint * 2 steering rack rubber boots *right hand upper outer bushes * two closes. Jason's opinion was that both front lower ball joints and both upper outer bushes should be replaced 
Diff backing plate needed to be resealed. Rear brake pads needed to be fitted both rack boots needed to be fitted 2 globes replace 3 diff rear mount bushes needed to be replaced Jason's quoted me $1.470. 10 out of 10 for Jason and the boys at AutoPlus Cheltenham.

Terrible even when I loan a car from them I didn't even want to drive it, was dirty and smelly all over and even was on empty. I will not recommend to anybody, don't want anyone to witness what I went through.

Went in to change the alternator, vehicle ready by afternoon, as soon as I started it, the battery light came on and I noticed the alternator fitted was sprayed with overspray on my engine compartment, before I left I spoke to the mechanic about the battery light, he assured me that once the battery is charged the light would switch off, within 45 minutes the battery died and the car would not start. I called him and he kindly visited me on his way home looked at it and said you will need to bring it in again, so waited the weekend and took it in Monday, he replaced the alternator but the car would not start so replaced it with another new alternator and still would not start, another mechanic attended and saw a fuse was removed (1st mechanic said I had a 10amp fuse instead of a 5amp fuse for the ALT and said he had removed and replaced it with a 5amp fuse which I did not see and this would have caused the alternator to fail) so the second mechanic put the fuse back and the car started first go, however, they had charged me again for labour, which I thought was very unfair because all should have been checked the first day before handing back the car to me and also I highlighted the fact that the battery light stayed on and mechanic insisted that he guarantees it's going to be ok. Unfortunately, a bad experience and unfortunately will not be going back, praise to the second mechanic.

I asked Broadmeadow Tyres & Service to please fix a distinctive sound at the back of the car. I was then given a quote for $3000 to fix a whole bunch of things I didn't ask to be fixed. I then said very clearly that I only want to have the problem fixed that is causing the distinctive sound. They agreed that this would occur. I picked up my car yesterday after paying $1175 for repairs to fix the sound at the back of my car. Driving home I heard the exact sound immediately that I asked to be fixed. If they had driven the car 50 metres to test it they would have heard it for themselves. I called Broadmeadow Tyres & Service on the drive home to report the problem still being there despite paying $1175 to ‘fix’ the problem. There was no answer so I left a message for a return call. I waited until 10.30 this morning and still no return call, so I had to call back myself. Disappointing that this has happened. $1175 is a lot of money to spend on something I didn’t ask to be fixed. I very specifically said ‘please only fix the problem causing the noise at the back of the car. They have said to return the car to them again to fix it 'for free. Unsure why I have spent $1175 in the first place since it has not fixed the problem I asked them to fix. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff took about 45 minutes to replace windscreen. No fuss or hassle top job.

Tried to add on a lot of extras that were not required. Did not wash or vacuum the car as said on the website. Spoken to rudely. Will not be going back again.

I actually had them come to my home to replace my windscreen.  I found this very convenient. The person who came to do it was very polite and didn't take long to do the job.

Lack of communication. No secure off street parking of vehicles.  No courtesy vehicle as the site states. Very hard to find business and very limited parking nearby and a lot of junk in and around the site. No Free scan for codes. No free cleaning of car.

Customer car was unregistered and was parked somewhere from last three years as customer mentioned when he came here. Dashboard was missing out of the Van. Van was not even starting as starter motor needs to be replaced, customer dropped off his car at night time around 11:30 pm outside on the street next to industry cafe and catering and took the key with him as we had no access to work on and to move the car inside the shop. Still we managed to replace the filter outside on the street and took the photos off the filter.

Gentleman provided intelligence as as needed and I made a pleasing purchase.

Autoglaze was fantastic! Fitted a new windscreen within an hour at my home! Highly recommend

Work promised was not done, damage was still visible through the paint work and was clearly not sanded down and fixed with any type of filler, not to mention the paint work was horrible looked as if no care was taken and left lumpy with obvious paint drips overall would not recommend at all.

Yeh ok, Anothony seems like a down-to-earth bloke, who doesn't babble on about yhings at the counter. Will wait to see if the car starts making strange noises. Charged me an extra 150 for disc machining, interesting. I can only really hope it was actually done. That's the car service world!

I specifically asked for my headlight to be replaced. I was told upon pick up it was fine, only to realise whilst driving during the night a few days later that it hadn’t been done.

Oil stain marks were left on the carpet foot mat of the driver seat. Cleaning it up will probably cost as much as I paid for the service.

They ring and let you know what needs to be done, then it's up to you if you want it done. They also accept Afterpay and Zip which is handy.

The drop off and pick up were simple and quick. The guys at the front desk were great and the work was completed as discussed.

"Satguru" literally means "perfect spiritual master" in Sanskrit language. That is one of the reason I selected Satguru motors thinking they resemble the name and are honest people. But I was not right and below are the reason.

1. First they give me a cup of chai "indian tea" and I appreciate that. Then the owner slowly asked me whether I am paying cash or card. I said by card. He literally pushed me to go out and take cashout from nearby ATM. I told him I am not going to do that but if you want can pay by my debit card or I can do bank transfer. 
2. I was not provided any tax invoice after payment. I was only provided credit card receipt produced by eftpos machine. I have kind of feeling these guys not registering income for tax purpose - otherwise they would have provided a detailed tax invoice with description of all services.


I am really in need of tax invoice as I need it to show as proof of maintenance when I want to sell the car.

I thought its free vacuuming, but he didnt do it.  I wish he gave me copy of result of diagnostic scan.  He told me theres minor repair to be done next time. Overall seems ok except it gave me a scare when i saw large amount of fumes emanating from radiator. As it turned out, he said that that some oil accidentally spelt over.

It is nice to know a mechanic who knows everything about my car. The passion they have shows in their service. The mechanic was up front about any problems the car has and told me if they were urgent problems or not, instead of saying everything is urgent. I was told the service would be done by lunch time and it was. Autodelta's premises was clean and the staff I dealt with were professional. It is like it was years ago, people taking pride in themselves and their job.

Always brilliant service and attention to detail, they are car enthusiasts.

Tom saved my life by bringing me necessary tools 50km away from town when my tire blew out, he was quick and efficient, the owner explained the prices, quoted me correctly and luckily they had afterpay ������

Autodelta were fabulous, customer service was top notch, their communication regarding issues found was excellent and they worked with you to find alternative solutions rather than going for the highest cost option. Definitely recommend them to anyone with a European car (their specialty)

Great service, fast process, easy payment options

Dropped my car off at around 2PM and it was ready to be picked up by 4PM, so very impressed with how efficient the mechanic was. However, with my booking it stated a free vacuum and car drop off would be included (up to 5KM - I'm only 4.7KM away from the mechanics) and this was not done. Not too bothered because like I mentioned, the actual work I needed to be done was very quick. I would advise the mechanics not to include the vacuuming/drop off service if they can't/won't do it.

Absolutely fantastic service and workmanship. The follow-up service when I had minor concerns was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend Satguru Motors highly enough. Honestly, yet to come across service as they provided. Thank you very much.
