I am dale shipp, the owner of The Maintenance of CTC car repairs , Cranbourne .  I am proud of the business we have developed over the past year.  I take great pride in providing highly expert auto repair and maintenance with friendly, helpful and upbeat people. While fixing my problem he found that in a previous service my wheels had been rotated incorrectly due to them being directional tyres and they had been reversed so that the tread would not drain water from the road.

Tyre balance and rotation were not done and said it didn't need but mentioned in the invoice as done. Just trying to get away with excuses.

Clearly explained front tyres are better than rear so it's not required. Front-wheel drive car. Expect me to do vacuum and wash like spotless. Also, I sent photos before and after as you wished. Asked me the loan car but I couldn't.
