Very good service. But I had to drive for 2hrs and spend the day in Melbourne just to have my BYD serviced. There is a mycar in Shepparton. Why not facilitate training and equipment in Shepparton? There are many BYD owners now in Shepparton. Don't hold up the adoption of EVs in country areas by requiring owners to drive to Melbourne for a service.

The manager was friendly and helpful. The only failing was that he did not phone me to say the car was ready to collect. I waited for 4.75 hours. I was told that the service would take approx 4.0 hours.

I was booked for the 27th via the website, confirmation was received, etc.  Around 4:30 pm on the day I had placed the booking, received a call from mycar that my booking was 1 of a couple (assuming through online) that was double booked.  Service was required so I could use it on a couple of week's travel from 30th Dec so they squeezed me in for the following day, otherwise was going to be after New Year's before I could be scheduled.

The only thing I've found since I started using mycar is they have a tendency to upsell.  Wheel alignment seems to be their want fries with that question.

Lovely reception staff. The mechanic knows what he is doing and has a great attitude.

They inspected my car's problem quickly and told me what needed to be repaired and the repair cost. Thank you.
