Great service and very quick, didn't wait too long.

They made me pay a deposit to book the tyres for me then they booked my car in at 3 pm on Saturday and when I went there they were closed and left me a piece of paper at the garage door saying we close at 2 pm on a Saturday come again another day and they left a phone number as well. When you call the number is switched off. Long story short they are not honest, if you decide to go there make sure you ask about every single detail to understand and clarify because they won't tell you anything and will keep surprising you with things.

Adam and the team are very efficient and get the job done well, and look after their customers.

In a professional setting, it was understood that a specific verified tyre would be fitted, but instead, a different tyre, which was of better quality though not within the agreed-upon realm, was installed without prior consultation. While this action may seem presumptuous, I am satisfied with the outcome due to the superior quality of the replacement.

Horrible, they rip you off with overpricing and the worst customer service. I really don’t prefer it.

He carried out work on my son's commodore, we think he is honest, reliable and I am thinking of getting my car done with them.

Car service went well and was very straight forward. Their communication could improve. I got to the shop and was told my booking was not actually confirmed despite receiving a confirmation email. They did not record my phone number correctly despite my dictating it at the shop, so I did not hear from them throughout the day until I called to check in. And I was asked 'where I was from' because of my last name, which was frankly uncomfortable.

Worked with me to find a time suitable, told me about a few things that I need to look at, not to ‘gain business’ but to make me aware of what was going on with my car. Very nice and friendly mechanic, will definitely use again. He went above and beyond - even topped up my oil and shined my tyres - just amazing customer service.
