Very professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. Good communication regarding what needed to be done, and not pushy when I explained I could not afford all that needed doing. Will definitely be returning to complete all other items that need attention including the replacement of rear tyres which is great because it can all be done in the same place. Close enough that I could walk, overall a great experience.

Great communication, turned my repair around quickly and for a great price

I booked in my Hilux for a clutch replacement a week in advance. When I arrived I was told that no parts were ordered and a job that should take a day would maybe be completed in 4 days. I needed the clutch replaced to go on a trip. The day before my trip I get a call from the mechanic that my car hasn't even been looked at. I now have to hire or loan a car, last minute, to go on my work trip. Very unsatisfied. No accountability on the mechanic.

Really bad service. I went for a basic service. The mechanic found so many issues with my car and I was told to repair it. I had to put an extra $300(which he wanted in cash) on top of my basic service which cost me $150. Also they advertised afterpay available everywhere and when I was about to pay, he told me there is no afterpay. He was really rude. I also had a car vaccum for free. He didn't even do any vaccum and lied to me he did it. Terrible service.

Don't use Mr Zippy. Customer beware. Mr Zippy, as he trades, is a rip off.
Amir is rude abusive and aggressive, unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews until it was too late. Mr Zippy quoted $99 to look at my cars aircon which wasn’t working. A 20mins job. Not a problem. If Amir wasn’t so greedy he would have been happy with the $99 inspection charge +$22 for the relay switch. but No, Amir informed me it would be $99 inspection fee + $22 for the relay switch + a further $210 for regassing the vehicle, I assumed he’d take the $99 off whatever needed to be done, but no, that was not the case. It turns out it was only a $22 relay switch (+ the further $210 to Regas the vehicle according to Amir, was NOT required, a total of $331). I would have had the (unnecessary) work carried out, if Amir had removed his inspection charge. When I questioned the cost of the regassing, (as I phoned around to get an approximate price, beforehand, thinking that was the possible problem, but couldn’t get the work done till Saturday) I realised the price of the regassing was excessive and well overpriced. 
 When I mentioned this to Amir, (Mr Zippy as he trades) then became agitated rude and aggressive, so I told him not to bother doing the work. I took it elsewhere and paid a further $125 to have it checked (and as previously informed by Mr Zippy, had the relay switch replaced) and the Airconditioning worked fine, no gassing required. I still came out in front of what I would have paid had I have had the work done by Mr Zippy.

Everything went smoothly and the afterpay option is amazing to know that you guys have. The staff were friendly and I could not fault them. It would've been a higher rating but after inspecting my car, I was still able to find some parts that I needed to wipe down myself as well as finding places that needed a vacuum. For the amount I paid I feel that I shouldn't have to do that, especially since I do that when I go to a normal car washer hence why I came to a detailer.

Supposedly diagnosed the problem with the aircon. I reluctantly ok’d the fix at the $650 price Mr Zippy asked. Rang to say the car was ready. I went to collect the car and paid the bill, foolishly taking his word the problem had been fixed.  I got in the car to drive away and  the aircon was still blowing hot. Mr Zippy asked me to leave it with him and “I’ll fix it”, “I’ll look after you”. He then went ahead with further repairs that doubled the price ($1250) of the fix without a phone call or any consultation. The first I heard of the new (doubled) price was when I went to collect the car. It felt like wrong. As I said to the mechanic at that he time I would never have gone ahead with the repair if the true cost upfront. As I had already paid a significant amount the options I had were to accept the doubled price or have the old compressor reinstalled and have paid $600 for effectively no repair. Not a good experience.

Troy and his team are honest, reliable and professional. With quick turnaround, affordable prices, and excellent customer service, I will continue to recommend them, and have my cars maintained by them. You guys make my car issues, less stressful... Thank You.

Do not recommend. Paid premium for car detail and was very disappointed. Not even a partial refund given. Save your money and go somewhere else. Rushed job, didn't even bother cleaning my back window amongst other things.

Hi Maragret, Instead of leaving this review it would have been amazing if you could have replied back to our message with a couple of photos and availability to send our mobile service out on our next availability as I know the inconvenience it would have caused bringing the vehicle back to the workshop. I replied within 5 minutes of you sending us a Facebook message sincerely apologising as this isn't our normal standards and I as the owner wanted to rectify this as soon as possible. Last week was a very rainy week and it's very difficult to clean window due to the moisture in the air. We try really hard to have them perfect however as the back window doesn't have the air-conditioning directly on the glass, sometimes smudges re appear the following days due to the moisture. I was also made aware your vehicle had pet hair that needed removal, this is normally a $50-70 surcharge that we didn't charge you. We do not rush our work we strive for a high end finish every time, once again I sincerely apologise your vehicle wasn't to our normal high standards. My staff also walked around the vehicle with you and your husband when the vehicle was picked up and you both where happy with the job at the time. I do however know some things aren't noticed until after sitting in the vehicle which is why we say if you need anything touched up please let us know.

I only went to these guys because of the good reviews and I’m glad I did! My car is two years old and was filthy inside and out I was honestly thinking there was no way they could make it look brand new again but they did. I was so happy with the end result I didn’t even want to touch my car after they were done. Amazing job!

Their work was great there prices are great, I like that they offered Afterpay. 
Was a little disappointed that I booked in one Saturday paid the deposit so they could order my tyres and do the work the following Sat, then when I arrived one fella told me I wasn't booked in even though I had the paperwork in my hand and the guy who booked me it was there and remembered, the one who was saying I wasn't booked in said oh well just leave it with us we will get it done which they did eventually but threw out the whole family's plans for the weekend which wasn't ideal. 
However, I am very happy with the product and the work carried out my car drives 100 times better and I manage a smash repair shop for a living so I can pick it pretty well and I think their product and work was fantastic.

The gentlemen at the store waited after hours when I was on the way there. Cool store layout and the selection of stock was top-notch. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Friendly and helpful service.
