Second time I've used the team at Bridgestone Service Centre Fyshwick.Both times they worked hard to resolve any issues and kept me informed throughout the process, much appreciated.

Looks like a one man show by the manager. They took more time to charge me and deliver the car than they did fixing the tyres. Staff didn't know anything needed the manager’s help for each step in the process. Could be lack of training or micro-management
