I paid this company, and in return, they endangered me and others on the road. I went to a reputable company this morning to get a full check as I was concerned about Lube Mobile's "Work". They advised 1) The brake backing shield was loose, and not put back on properly. It was making contact with the other parts of the wheel and causing the screeching noise. 2) Loose bolts. 2 loose on each wheel, control arms and joints. The driver-side bolts were very loose. If not tightened it could have caused a serious accident. The mechanic I ended up taking it to was very surprised at how loose they were and said I was lucky it was found and corrected now before serious damage was done. Lube Mobile is Dangerous and reckless. After a day with Lube Mobile, my vehicle is worse off and I actually paid money for some incompetent mechanic to make my car dangerous, then ignored the fact, when it was reported back to him. Replacement of two shock absorbers. Armesh started the work but didn't bring replacements, fine. He removed the old ones and then went to collect replacements that would take "only 30 minutes", it was actually 3 hours. He brought back one that was not the appropriate size. So he left again. Finally completed the job and he took it for a test. I suggest he get a hearing test. I drove the vehicle and it is screeching with the slightest turn of the wheels from the very first corner. The parts are not reinstalled properly, torque! I made contact and he said he would return to look at it. I waited an hour then asked him when. Nothing and still waiting. So the decision he made as an employee was to ignore and forget! Unbelievable.
