Well, my bill came to $708 and I asked if they had afterpay and they said yes, so I said I’d pay $308 cash and the remaining $400 using afterpay. Then the employee argued with me and said you can’t do that and the whole amount has to be on afterpay. I told him he was wrong and finally, he agreed to my proposal but it shouldn’t have come to him arguing with me he was definitely in the wrong and never apologised. I will not be back!

We weren't told ever within our quote that they would charge $10 more per tyre and $10 more for the balance etc after purchasing 4 new tyres. We were told around 1.5hrs max 2hrs and ended up not getting our car to nearly 2.5hrs nearly 3 and parked halfway up the street when there were available parks in front of their shop.

Great customer service! Great value for what you are looking for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good used/new tyres.

The customer service was awesome. I loved the video message about my car service which was thorough and informative. I received a report and a full receipt of work done and results- all presented in a booklet for future reference. I was able to use the bus service to take me into and back from town whilst my service was being performed and had a free car wash. I was able to have a cuppa in the customer waiting room. The Afterpay option made it easy for us to budget our service costs as most of us are under financial stress and didn’t have to delay our service or put it off altogether. Service as good as always. The only point that could be criticized was that they did not notify me $20 charge for tyre disposal.

Sorry for your upset. But we never rip you off because you are a woman. We gave you a quote for a brake fluid flush after checking the brake fluid condition. That's all. Sorry again.

Repairs were carried out on time, and booking via the web was excellent.

Only one criticism and that’s to do with the courtesy bus. There was no information given as to where the bus ran and at what times. Just a small thing but I feel it’s an easy fix.

Drop off and pick up quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Quoted upfront no nasty surprises. Courtesy cars are available for no extra cost. Now post a video to show work done and parts replaced.
