Ben and the mechanics are awesome, they gave me an honest quoting and further more discounted the parts I needed to replace after a service. Very reliable and did an awesome job.

Staff are excellent, my service was quick and I was kept informed of the progress and any extra expenses immediately.

Professional. Loved the video. Easy process. Had car for 4 hours.

After they finished servicing the car and I drove it home, I felt the car drive rough and stalling while I pushed the accelerator. The engine is trembling you can feel the vibration when stationary. So I had to return the car to the service shop straight away and let them fix the issue. They were able to fix it after checking the problem but i am disappointed with this experience. They didn't thoroughly test drive the car before handing it back to me.

Customer service was really good.  I like the video they took of my car and am happy with the recommendation moving forward.

Having tried both dealer and other performance workshops I can say that I feel most comfortable with MRPS. My car had an unexpected issue and the problem was found straight away. I was called to discuss and advised of a couple of options I could take to resolve and advised on further matters coming up for the maintenance of the car in the near future. Had the rocker cover gasket replaced. Was a very easy experience booking Kevin Bell online. Dropped off car at Kevin Bell and collected later in the day. Process was very streamlined.

I had to ring 15 mins before they closed only to hear that they hadn't even looked at my car. Cost me a $50 taxi ride home. Could've at least washed my car for compensation. And stated that they are obligated to check air con system for faults before re-gassing. No change to air con temp in car. Doubtful if they did anything to it.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Your gas system is cooling at the moment within the operating temperature and as recommended by Ford after we re-gassed it, and we checked as otherwise your system would be empty after re-gassing. We also checked the wheel bearings, brakes, and suspension free of charge and removed fault codes from ECU for your convenience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you understand.

Very helpful and honest in their appraisal of a car I was thinking of buying..  in which I had a pre purchase inspection.

Took it there for oil leaks, which were fixed up. I picked the car up and it didn't even run, it would simply stall and not idle when stopping at lights/junction etc..
They then wanted to charge me $1000 for a timing chain replacement with the attitude of "We aren't sure it will fix it"
The car had no problems (except the oil leaks) prior to this work and after paying $1600 for the oil leaks to be fixed I expect my car to be running as well as it ran before the work. 
Also dodgy when invoicing - For example, I was charged $37 TWICE for some sealant covering 2 small areas using approx 1/4 of a tube of sealant which retails for less than $10 a tube.
That's my experience anyway. I won't be going back and I won't be making any recommendations. My car is now being fixed at a Mechanic who was outraged at the costs and the service i received regarding the new issue. His attitude "If i don't fix it, you don't get charged"
