AVOID!
I made a booking for my car to get looked at by Zack's Automotive in Muswellbrook. There was an issue with the central locking and working power windows.
They had a look on a Monday and at around 5pm they presented me with my car that had not been fixed and power windows that did not function anymore. The windows were stuck in a fully open position, rendering my car unusable because I couldn't leave it securely anywhere.
They said they couldn't fix it or the windows they broke, and I should take my car to an auto electrician.
I have since taken my car to an Auto electrician who advised me that the windows were not working due to the negligence of Zack's Automotive, they did not put everything back in its place after pulling everything apart. He took photos and documented their negligence.
They have since denied any wrong doing and refused to refund me. I had to pay someone else to fix their mistake. So I paid once to make my car worse and once to fix their mistake.
Avoid at all costs!
