Not happy with my car at all don’t even think the parts have been replaced. Told them not to replace air-con filter and they did anyway. Took under 2 hours for service now my car won’t start. When I rang them and told them to call me back they didn’t. I think this is bad business not happy at all!

They were great, they rang if there was a problem, will be using them again.

The service team were great. They provided a prompt service and my car ran smoothly after it. I will definitely get my car serviced at Best Way again.

Worst behaviour and the worst mechanic ever. Rather than being thankful for the booking, the owner of the workshop asked why’d I book for the RWC online? Listed a bunch of things on Pink Slip which only a mechanic would know if they are fixed. Car sounds and runs the same as before. Ripped me off. Would not recommend Best Way at all. Absolute rip off. Too late for me, save yourselves guys.
