The staff were very nice. The service was fine in a timely manner. The logbook wasn't filled in only stamped.

When I arrived, the guy came out, rolled his eyes, and said “Another one”. He looked at the sheet of things I asked about when booking and told me to look online. He queried my question and essentially said it was my fault. I won’t be going back there ever. I have no idea whether they did the service or not.

Poor guys got hammered by COVID so had to move the service one day backwards. When they were able to get to it, turned it around quickly and did a great job as always.

1. When asked if we could have paperwork with details of what was done on the car. Will emailed, they said, but we had to chase up a week later
2. Invoice was for a Piece Of Mind /complimentary service and exactly one line worth on the invoice, without details of what work was carried out. Any customer should have the RIGHT to know what was checked/done. Whether it ensures the car is running safely or further work is needed. Just because it was complimentary doesn't mean we don't have that right! And if you weren't going to supply that, make sure customers know so they can have a choice for an alternative centre. This has made me vocalised out. We hope this feedback will be helpful to improve better service and make changes to procedures for the future.
