Very rude unexperienced owner doesn’t know anything about mechanical work and charge extra for no reason. Would never ever go back to them. I would throw my car from the cliff rather than going back to them.i wish there was rating in negative feedback.

Usman, unfortunate your experience at PPA was not at the level you expected. Adding to your comments, I will make the point that PPA acted on your instruction, changing parts you requested. It was only after parts had been changed where additional replacement parts where required. As a small business, we cannot be expected to act on our valued customer's behalf changing parts multiple times for diagnostic solutions and be expected to wear costs, especially when the decision to change these parts are not that of our own. Our aim at PPA is to continue our customer satisfaction through conversation, offering you our customer options to enable the best results. Furthermore, it seems you have omitted in your review comments that a substantial discount was given on the basis of “goodwill”, even though the fault of changing unrequired parts was not that of PPA. We have done our utmost to tend for your vehicle to ensure a satisfactory solution, acting on your requests and providing guidance on multiple occasions as to the correct cause of the issue, unfortunately not followed by you.
