Bryant and his colleague are great mechanics. Bryant owns the business and is friendly and approachable. He gave me an estimated time for the pickup and he was spot on time. It was my first time there and he picked up problems that I had suspected needed replacing based on my own observations and records. So I'm happy he picked them up without me mentioning anything first. He gave me a quote on the items and said that it was completely up to me. In my casual chat to him afterwards, he said he doesn't believe in pressuring people. He only draws the line at something that will 100% affect safety. Otherwise, he'll just be honest and tell you like it is. He said its his aim to be as competitive as he can and I can attest to that based on the quote he gave me. He said he specializes in air-cooled VW, but he loves doing modern cars too and when I was chatting to him, yup, he knows his stuff - look him up, he's a full fledged automotive engineer by degree! I'm 100% pleased with him and will definitely go back in the future. Also, his workshop is only a 3 min walk from Park Rd train station and Boggo Rd busway. He's also 5 min walk from PA hospital. Great location and what a great find!

Staff were helpful and received great value that would have cost a lot more elsewhere.

Bryant was very good at communicating both before and during the visit. He checked before we left if there were any items of concern. He called to confirm parts that needed attention, then booked it all in to be completed and picked up the next day. Good price and great service.

The staff member I spoke to was honest, and understood my concerns surrounding  my car. The service was done in decent time and done well. Will come back.

Overall good service. Complimentary drop off at my unit and pick up included which was very handy. Had to get a few extras: brake pads, AC belt. Needed to be done, but on the phone they didn't explain the service charges so bill was $200 more than I was expecting.

The guys there were very friendly and super organised. I was asked if I had any issues with my car and they said they will see what they can do to help. About an hour later, they called up and let me know that there were some things that needed to be fixed, I got a rough estimate on the price and I was happy with that.
