Very good, communication was excellent, how I was informed of my vehicle repairs and service.

Have always been well looked after. Everything is explained in detail and communication is great. I feel comfortable returning here for my vehicles needs.

Went in for a pink slip, and came back the next day for a “diagnostic assessment” on a back door that wouldn’t open. Specifically told the receptionist that I needed the car back by 4 pm (dropped it off at 8 am) and please do not complete any work before telling me how much it would cost. Later in the day, I’m advised it will cost $1500 to fix the door. I rang Hyundai who said they could do the exact same job for $745. I advised Premier Autocare that I would be going with Hyundai as they are half the cost and coming to get my car. They then proceeded to tell me that they had pulled the door off my car and didn’t have time to fix it today so I couldn’t have my car back unless I paid them the $1500 to complete the job and even then I wouldn’t get it back the next day. I said I need my car by 4 pm, that’s not good enough. They then stuck my car door back on with masking tape and said I could come get it but the door will likely blow off on the drive home. I took the risk and now have to wait to get my car fixed properly. Absolutely never again. My lawyer has also advised me to take legal action which I will be pursuing.

I went in for a tow bar fitting. I knew my silver strip had a dent in it. I also knew there was scratches on my car mainly from my highly autistic sons melt downs (which I'm getting painted). When I returned to collect I noticed polish on my actual car from the polish they stuck on my tyres. This didn't bother me to much but isn't great . Then I looked at the back and noticed my silver strip was cracked and not holding on flush. And a big indent on the back panel and a dent/cut into the black guard at the back. These bothered me but I'm getting it re painted so not ideal kinda thing but the silver strip I wanted fix. So I brought it back up they said they will glue it after saying it would of cracked because of the dent when they took it off.  So second time brought it back with craft tape holding the glue which did not work I was furious rang them up spoke to the manager who done my car, who than proceeded to tell me it was my fault cause it was damaged . It was a dent and if there was a chance of this happening why wasn't I called and asked first? Now they said they will order and fit a new one for me (gee what a help) but we will get it done at a discount price. Oh how nice of them $1248 later and I have damage which I have to pay to fix . Never again.

Always going above and beyond for their customers, my mind is at ease for sending a video of my service being done and always quality and great customer service! ������.

I feel totally ripped off right now. I came to you in November and was told my car would cost $4300 roughly to fix it and get rego. I advised this was too high and if I could do some now and some later. It worked out it all was needed. I borrowed money to get this fixed and not until I paid for it and picked up my car was I told that I would also need to look at the turbo oil leak but that could wait till my next service. I was told it will be another expensive one. If I had been told if the very first quote my car would require more than $8000 worth of repairs I would never have spent the first lot of $4000 with you. The car was purchased for $4000 a year ago. I would have said no don't worry. No I feel I've spend money I couldn't afford which I could have put towards perhaps another car completely and there is no way I would get repairs done that ended up being twice the cost of the actual care. I don't see before that was done why I would haven't been told that the oil leak will actually cost you more that then repair. Im so frustrated as I don't feel like you gave me all the information for me to make an informed decision.  I certainly wouldn't have gone through with the repairs if this was the case.

Premier are a fantastic company that go above and beyond for their customers, taking the time to explain their diagnostics and the reasoning behind each component repair. The complimentary chocolate is a delicious bonus on top.

If you're looking for an outstanding vehicle repair shop this is the place! Premier Autocare have saved my old Ute from the brink of death multiple times! Having owned 3 vehicles previously it's nice to repair the old vehicle and keep it going a bit longer. Hopefully past the 20 year post manufacture date mark.
