Quick and good service also customer care.

Overpriced and charged for rotation but not done and wheel nuts were loose on front wheels. Still waiting on a refund of rotation. I was quoted same work plus major service instead of minor service for $400 less. Never going back, I do not recommend Stamford garage.

Smooth 50,000 service, back before lunchtime and allowed me a (pensioner) to use Afterpay.

Great customer service.

But when brought in the breaks were kinda working well, just needed to be bled but the car was still responsive with its breaks and when I got it back I had nearly no breaks. Not sure why.

I had my car in for a handbrake adjustment. When I went to p/u I drive & all of a sudden the car started to violently shudder.
I took the car back, told the receptionist what happened and two mechanics came out, both looking totally bored, no hi sir what seems to be the problem?
Just took my keys & drove off. Eventually returning telling me that the handbrake was just overtightened. No sorry about that or anything. I come from a customer service background & acting like you just don't care doesn’t cut for me. I don’t think I will return or recommend them.

The people are friendly, their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent.
