The workshop hasnt really got anywhere to park for a start, despite getting there first thing in the morning. They pushed my car back a week with no warning, which left me without a car for an extra week. They gave me a fair assessment of my car and the issues, and offered a price on getting a part repaired and shipped in which was a bit too expensive, so I drove it off the lot only to break down before I even made it home 4km away, it would have been nice if they actually charged the flat battery so I didn't have to pay $300 for a tow that day while standing in the pouring rain on the side of the road, so I have quite a negative opinion of this shop and would not go here again.
Hey Zach, Firstly we are a very busy workshop, and with the Easter rush as well, parking can be tight throughout these periods. Secondly, as for pushing your service back, We offered a time slot which you accepted. Thirdly, your car had multiple faults that we did check (at no extra charge) and we spoke about the importance of your alternator not charging your battery, which I quoted for the replacement and offered to carry out the repairs straight away which you declined. I am sorry your car broke down but you were completely aware of the issues and decided to drive away so I can’t understand the review and honestly believe it is completely unfair. Thank you and good luck finding a new mechanic.
