The workshop was tidy and had a nice waiting room. As ‘TW’ means ‘Taiwan’, many clients are obviously from this group and the reading material in the waiting room reflected that. I felt almost like a royal as the only Caucasian there, but it reflected the respectfulness of the staff too. After they finished servicing the car and I drove it home, I felt the car drive rough and stalling while I pushed the accelerator. The engine is trembling you can feel the vibration when stationary. So I had to return the car to the service shop straight away and let them fix the issue. They were able to fix it after checking the problem but i am disappointed with this experience.
