Sims Auto is fantastic, I have had so many issues with car dealership services where they treat females as idiots and there excessive mark up on log book servicing- walking into sims - it is completely different, it’s a family business and they treat me with respect every single time whilst providing quality, prompt servicing with a wash and vac as well to top off the service. I asked him to check the air conditioning as it didn't seem to be as cool as it should be I remove the heater fan unit and then when they put it back in the obviously didn't do it properly as it fell out later on as was driving when I rang them they said that the fan unit wasn't installed properly in the first place and they did their best. ... view more
