I assume everything that was done as per the manual. They came and picked up my car and dropped it off and were very professional and polite. That was a really big positive. I will definitely do this again. They didn't try and force any extras onto me and were competitively priced. The only minor feedback I would give is to contact the customer when the car service has been finalised and to let them know when the car can be picked up or will be dropped off. I waited until nearly the end of the day and only until I needed it. They said it had been ready for a while but had an issue with the payment. I would assume you could contact the customer earlier rather than the customer having to contact the company. But once that was sorted they dropped it off quickly.
