Steve is an honest mechanic. Left the car at 8am and received a call back from him to explain a few parts which needed replacement after agreeing to proceed with the additional work, my car was ready in a few hours. A straightforward no drama approach, he let me know a few other things to look out for in the coming months, which I appreciated. My other car needed a minor repair (the front bumper was lose with a couple of missing screws), I approached Steve to check if he could raise the car up on the hoist and fix it for me, to which he readily agreed. As this minor repair was outside of the agreed scope of work he didn't charge me a dime. A happy customer is his priority.
